• Budget update to include any variations.
• Valuations and payments assessment is independently carried out ensuring a fair process.
• Snagging inspections and final payment assessment can be offered giving an independent process.

Post-completion stage

• Defects period assistance
• End of defects period inspection and retention payment.
• Clients handover manual
• Reinspection for dilapidations survey.

All of this information is then made available on-line via our client/contractor portal giving your client full access to updated budgets, programme, progress photo's, drawings planning permission etc.
